Sons & Daughters

This week is son's week and women/men who are blessed by sons are celebrating. So when does the daughter's week come so that i can do the celebrations. I would have been happy if i was blessed with a son..no doubt about it but then having a son or daughter is not in my hands as it it based on the XY chromosomes which come from the hubby dear :) Sometimes i wonder Tana will miss having a brother, miss the festival Rakhi, her kids will miss having a "mama" , i will never be a "Dadi " never have a daughter in law and so on but if everybody were to think like me just imagine what will happen to the population of the world !!! Also wonder why does God bless some people with two sons and some with two daughters why not a pair of a son & daughter to each family so the parents get to know the love of son & daughter. But then from my experience i have seen daughters are more attached to their parents and care for them more than the sons. The sons are the only namesake who are more interested in getting things done in their way....I know not all sons are in this category but 80% of them come under it. Whereas daughters are always loving, giving, caring selflessly and always available. The argument can go on with the pros and cons of both and some may say i support the daughters more than the sons as i have daughters and I am a daughter ...but just look around you and see the examples you get to prove my point. When the daughter leaves the home she only leaves in body & spirit but her soul is attached with her parent's home. She goes to a new home and builds her nest with her husband's family and makes them as part of her world, but her love for her parents continues to grow. But with the son it does not feel the same as they don't accept the wife's family as much as their own family always have a formal approach with them and take ages to mingle with their spouse relations. The argument continues...

I don't know where did the day go and i was busy throughout and was not able to complete the tasks i had planned and so had to complete them after coming home :( but i am happy i was able to accomplish a lot by coming home and doing it.

love
